Honda CRX del sol Subwoofer V2

So, this was my second subwoofer enclosure, used in car audio season 2005. The box was designed for a 10" Rainbow 250 Audiophile. For a short time I tested a Phase Linear Aliante 10 SI but ended with an old version of JL 8W6.
Construction I used a CAD-program to construct the subwoofer-enclosure.
Subwooferenclosure The sealed box ist made of MDF.
Subwooferenclosure The remaining place on both sides will be used as pocket
Subwooferenclosure I use some layeres of glass fibre reinforced plastic.
Subwooferenclosure The box gets some surfacer and additional damping.
Subwoofer install The Subwoofer does not interfer with normal use of the seats.
Subwoofer Phase Linear Aliante 10 SI For a short time, i used a Phase Linear Aliante 10 SI. Interesting subwoofer, but the volume of the subwoofer enclosure was to small and the Aliante should have built in a ported box.
Subwoofer protection The subwoofer protection was made of 4mm wood core plywood.
Subwoofer protection The subwoofer is protected by a steel mash sheet
Style of speaker installation The speaker installation approxiamtes the style of the surrounding area and the installation theme.
