Power wire fused properly
A 25 mm2 power wire is passed from the battery in the front to the batterie in the back. It is fused two times with 80 Ampere. All other componenets are fused on the distribution block. The remote signal was used to close an relais and the working power is also fused. The working remote is indicated by an green LED.
Wireing
To make it easier to understand the wiring, every wire is marked with a colour code, marked with a label and encoded with a number.
Fuse charger wire
The 25 sqare millimeter charger wire is fused with 80 A in the motor compartment, the fuseholder is mounted with metric screws.
Charger wire
The charger wire is routed along with the gear box cords through a cromet into to the passanger compartment.

The charging wire is routed in the middle of the car to the additional Batterie. Additional you can see the route for the headunit and front display wireing.
Fuse main power wire
The power distribution was installed unter the seat bench. The main power wire is directly connected to the fuse holder. The charger wire has a diameter of 25 and is fused with 80 Ampere.

Also the ground is of 25 square millimeter size and screwed to the floor.

The main power wire from 25 square millimeters is shorter than 34 centimeter.

Afterwards the Batterie was mounted with foundation tie.

M4 press nuts were used to mount the foundation tie for the batterie.

The head unit wires are protected with snakeskin.

Headunit and display fuse
Headunit and TFT display are fused on the power disitribution under the seat bench. The headunit (4mm2) with 10 A, the TFT display (1mm2) with 5A.
Processor power wire fused
The 1 sqaremillimeter power wire of the processor is fused with 5 A.
