The 2009 European EMMA Finals are from October 8th - 11th during the 100% Tuning Show in Rotterdam. It is the biggest event in the Netherlands around cars, tuning and sound. The location is Rotterdam/Netherlands, Europa's larges port, around 500 km west from Hamburg and amazing 1200 km from Austria.
Rotterdam has about 580.000 inhabitants and is the second largest town in NL
